Served as the 7th daimyō of Ōno Domain in Echizen Province, Japan.
His domain was located in modern-day Fukui Prefecture.
Before the Meiji Restoration, he held the courtesy title of Noto-no-kami.

Doi Toshitada was a prominent Japanese daimyō who ruled over the Ōno Domain during the Edo period. He held significant political and administrative roles in the region before the major societal changes of the Meiji Restoration.
